F–Class > Special Long Range F-Class Rifle in 30-06 Ackley Improved
This special long-range F-Class rifle is has been exclusively developed by Steve, for Steve. It really is unique, and testament to Specialist Rifle Services innovation and craftsmanship.
The 30-06 Ackley Improved Special has been designed to shoot 210grn Berger VLD bullets at 2800fps. It has a 36“ custom turned and ground in-house barrel, fitted into a jig-bored hand-made bedding block. The bedding block is made from steel and bedded on 5 pillars over a 14“ area.
The stock is made in-house, and from laminated Walnut.
The action is a Viper stainless steel bench rest — left port right bolt and jewel trigger.
The all up weight of the rifle is 22lbs, including scope.
